At Scabal, we take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not content, you may return unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Scabal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective covers remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
